Eligibility for Returns
Custom-engraved and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
